It is said that kulfi was invented on the recommendation of Emperor Akbar. The Kulfi is mentioned in the book Ain-i- Akbari. However, historians say that the history of Kulfi is even older.

With such a long history, Kulfi has become an integral part of our culture. With this history, kulfi is ingrained in our mind and is associated not only with the eating but many memories too.

The lion's share in giving this recognition to kulfi goes to Ladachi Kulfi! The brand Ladachi Kulfi has succeeded in giving a facelift to the meager and indigenous kulfi. Behind it stands immense hard work of Rahul Papal.

Our Own Kulfi

This business was of kulfi and not icecream. He had his own reason behind it."Kulfi is an indigenous food. Kulfi is a genuinely Indian food made from milkIt appeals to people of all age groups. This is why I decided to sell kulfi from day one," he says.

After experimenting with different flavors and varieties for about four years, the first branch of Ladachi Kulfi was started at Garware Central Mall in April 2018 and that too in the form of a cycle rickshaw
